What is unique about Sila Yoga
The term for discipline or ethics is Sila. It is the gateway to freedom and part of the Noble Eightfold Path. It is a code of conduct that embraces a commitment to harmony and non-violence and cultivates a motivation on the path to liberation. Sometimes described as virtue. It is the ethical compass within self and relationships that is different from a moral obligation. Sila is a wholehearted commitment to what is nourishing. Gretchen creates an atmosphere of trust, respect and security. Honoring and practicing the precepts of Sila is considered to be a great gift or (mahadana) to others.
